After a quick refrigerator tally, I've decided to make the following this week:
- Gazpacho
- Chelee's Zucchini Pancakes
- Minted Cucumber Dressing
- Kung Pao Tofu
- Thai Cucumber Salad
- Roasted Peppers
- Harvard Beets, for my Sweetie
- More Carmelized Onions for the freezer
